4-H Horse Program
at Paradise Stables
While Paradise Stables is oriented to adult riders who want a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life, we do offer a popular 4-H horse program for young riders. We believe it’s important to foster a love and respect for animals at an early age, and our 4-H riding program does just that.
Our in-house 4-H Leader, Amanda Conner, teaches every aspect of horsemanship: From grooming and tacking up to riding and cooling down. 4-H’ers can ride their own horses or our well-trained lesson horses. We also travel to local shows for both 4-H and community events. It’s an opportunity to enjoy horses and learn correct techniques that will last a lifetime.
